My Story

In 2019, I had spent the previous 10 years building a nationwide organic cookie company with my then life partner. We had built a very successful company, had a house, a dog and a beautiful community in central New York. What I didn’t see at the time was that my entire identity and sense of self worth revolved around my output and how hard I worked. I was chronically busy and an over-achiever: I put all of my effort into working very hard, working out very hard, saying yes to all social invitations, all visitors, etc. All of my attention and focus was outside of myself. Eventually, my body started screaming at me.

This led me to a deep initiation of learning to listen to myself and my body. I immersed myself in modalities and trainings that supported me. I began to listen to the whispers that I had been ignoring my whole life. The whispers that were quiet before my body had to get loud. The more my internal world shifted, the more my external world too. So many parts of my life were out of alignment to who I was becoming. This journey has led me to a deeper experience of life and a bigger capacity for joy, fulfillment and aliveness. My life is now rooted in deep listening and I now support others in connecting to their inner compass through a mix of strategic coaching, nervous system attunement and other body-based healing techniques.

I know what it feels like to be living a life with a quiet longing for more. More depth, more ease, more love, more fun, more connection. The longing that feels so confusing sometimes because you worked so hard for the life that you have right now. That longing is your soul calling you into something deeper. And I’m here to help you.
